MSA Security currently has a 1.8 out of 5 rating on glassdoor.com. Many of the reviews contain the same complaints such as, no raises in more than 20 years, dishonest management that treats employees like they're expendable, and the use of our K9 partners as a bargaining tool to keep us in line. Management has done nothing but bury their heads in the sand and encourage employees to quit if they're unhappy.
